Choosing size in breast augmentation does not have to be a difficult decision. There is no right or wrong answer when it comes to determining your size. Every woman has her own aesthetic ideal and goal for how she wants to look. We think the best way to decide is by trying on various implants during your consultation. Be sure to bring in a tight sports bra and a couple different tops so that you can insert many different sizes of implants to see the result. This works much better than filling bags with rice or water, and you will narrow down a size range pretty quickly. There is no need to lose sleep over 30 cc one direction or another. 30 cc is only an ounce and will not make a big difference in most people. We recommend that you go with the largest size that you are comfortable with. Once you have determined a size, we can determine which profile of implant to use based on the width of your breast, the volume range you chose and your goals regarding the shape and amount of fullness you want.
