Note that in each of these cases, the “After” photos show higher nipples but do not give much fullness to the upper half of the breast. This is because each of these women has relatively flaccid breast tissue. Women with firmer breast tissue have a better chance of having more fullness in the upper half of the breast with a lift alone. However, if fullness is a primary objective, breast implants may be recommended along with a lift.
