I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Loftus Plastic Surgery. I found my first visit to be very comfortable and informative.  On the day of my surgery, I was very nervous and I found my nurse to be very comforting.  I also appreciated the anesthetist answering all my questions and telling me what she was going to do.  Even the nurses in the surgery room were very sweet and made me feel less nervous.  When I woke up, the nurse was there and she never left my side til I left.  I also thought it was very nice that Dr. Loftus was available to answer my questions, even on the weekend.  I had a great experience and I will definitely recommend Dr. Loftus to any of my friends who are considering plastic surgery.

Dr. Loftus is the most intelligent person I have ever met.  She did a fantastic job with the procedure! She was easy to talk to about questions and concerns.  I am thrilled with my results, and the scars are much less visible than I had ever hoped, even though Dr. Loftus told me that she could not guarantee what the scars would look like. The website is extremely informative—a huge asset to your practice.   I have and will tell friends to come to your facility!  You all were great!

All the staff were very respectful and helpful.  Dr. Loftus made me feel like I was intelligent and informed, unlike other doctors who have talked down to me.  My surgery nurse was so kind.  I felt like the staff cared about me and didn’t just see me as another patient. The whole experience was so much better than I expected.  I felt comfortable knowing my concerns and questions were taken seriously, and I could call if I needed anything. I especially liked using sizers to see how I would look with different implants—that made me so confident in my choice of size.  Of course, Dr. Loftus helps, but she didn’t push me in size.  She encouraged me to come back to try sizers several times.  It really helped. My whole experience was above and beyond my expectations.  The receptionist was always very helpful and pleasant from beginning to end.  She made me feel very comfortable from my first phone call.  I can’t say enough about Dr. Loftus and the nurse who took care of me on my surgery day.  Dr. Loftus is one of a kind.  Wonderful!!  Not many doctors will talk to you over the phone if you feel there is something wrong, but when I called the office two days after surgery to explain my problem, Dr. Loftus talked directly with me.  The same afternoon Suzie called to check on me.  I have never heard of any doctors office giving their patients that kind of personal attention.  I have to say—the first five days after my surgery was a little rough, but I am now two weeks out and I feel great!  So to Dr. Loftus and the surgery staff—you guys are the best.  Thank you for everything.  I love my new look and will pass your name on to any friends and family who may be interested in any of the procedures you offer.  Thank you!
